Ti Base Abutment – NeoDent

Ti-bases were designed from scratch taking human biology and material characteristics into account. Rather than having sharp angles or compromising the thickness of the zirconia crown, we carefully examined the implant with respect to soft tissue management and pioneered a new anatomical design. Our hybrid base (ti-base) has been adapted as the authentic solution for some leading implant companies. The Ti-base is a central piece in the digital workflow. As a key component in creating implant restorations, the Ti base engages the implant or abutment, connecting the restoration securely. It also serves as a precision component, simplifying the digital workflow and contributing to achieve long-lasting results.

# Ti Base Abutment reduces the complications, minimizing the risk of screw loosening/breakage issues, ensuring long term stability.
# These provide better access for screw tightening or removal, even in complex cases.
# Enhances Aesthetics, when you can see already the implant buccally inclined and the screw channel will come right in the middle of the tooth. If we won’t change the angulation of the screw channel, it would come out right in the middle of the tooth. So, in this case, we wanted to show that we don’t always need to change the inclination of the screw channel to the palatal area, but sometimes when we have a level smile line, we can angulate the screw channel, not palatially but buccally, and this way, when the patient smiles, you won’t see the screw channel at all.
